Math Program

We take care of your child’s math education with daily practice, guided problem solving, and weekly progress reports for you.

Guidance
Step-by-step support with their math
Grades
3rd–8th
Practice
A flexible routine. You choose the days and pace.
Outcome
Stronger skills, confident problem solving

What they’ll learn

Practice the skills to understand numbers, solve problems thoughtfully, and explain their reasoning with greater independence.

  • Number sense & operations — Understand numbers and use operations to solve everyday problems.
  • Fractions, decimals & percentages — Connect different ways to represent parts of a whole.
  • Patterns & algebra — Recognize patterns, write expressions, and solve equations step by step.
  • Geometry & measurement — Explore shapes, compare measurements, and reason about space.
  • Data & probability — Read charts, describe data, and use evidence to think about chance.
  • Reasoning & problem solving — Choose a strategy, explain each step, and check whether an answer makes sense.

What’s included

Practice

Daily math problems, from understanding the question to explaining a solution.

Concepts

Feedback

AI guidance helps your child think through problems and explain their reasoning.

Work

A growing collection of worked solutions to revisit and share.

Progress

Detailed weekly reports, reviewed by a teacher, with your child’s work, skills practiced, and next steps.

Plan

A monthly meeting with an academic advisor to discuss your child’s progress, answer questions, and plan next steps.

See the parts

Thomas explores fraction bars and finds different ways to show the same amount.

Thomas’s fraction notebook

Different parts. The same amount.

“Each bar is the same size. The shaded part reaches halfway every time.”

A few things parents ask.

Does the AI solve problems for my child?

The AI guides your child through the thinking. It asks questions, points to visual examples, and offers feedback when they get stuck. Your child chooses a strategy, works through the steps, and explains how they reached an answer.

How will you help my child stay on track?

Your child gets a clear next step each day and AI guidance when they get stuck. We track their activity and solutions so a teacher can see where they need support. You receive a detailed weekly progress report showing what they worked on, how their understanding is developing, and what comes next. Your monthly academic advisor meeting gives you a place to ask questions and plan together.

What’s in the full syllabus?

Skills are revisited through examples, practice, and problem solving. The depth and support adapt to your child’s math level.

Number sense & operations

  • Compare numbers and explain their place value.
  • Use addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with confidence.
  • Estimate results and check whether an answer makes sense.

Fractions, decimals & percentages

  • Represent parts of a whole with diagrams and number lines.
  • Compare equivalent fractions, decimals, and percentages.
  • Use fractions and decimals to solve everyday problems.

Patterns & algebra

  • Describe a number pattern and predict what comes next.
  • Use variables and expressions to represent a relationship.
  • Solve equations and explain the steps used.

Geometry & measurement

  • Describe shapes using their sides, angles, and other properties.
  • Measure length, area, and volume using appropriate units.
  • Use diagrams to reason about space and solve problems.

Data & probability

  • Read tables and graphs and ask questions about the data.
  • Describe a data set using averages and measures of spread.
  • Compare possible outcomes and explain how likely an event is.

Reasoning & problem solving

  • Break a problem into smaller steps and choose a strategy.
  • Explain a solution with words, diagrams, or equations.
  • Check an answer and compare different ways to solve a problem.
What if the schedule doesn’t work for my child?

The schedule is flexible. We can adjust the pace and days your child works, or help you create your own schedule. Your academic advisor can help you find a routine that fits your child and your family.

What will my child practice?

Number sense, fractions, algebra, geometry, data, and mathematical reasoning. Students practice these skills through problems and explanations in their own words.

How will I know how things are going?

Each weekly progress report includes your child’s work, the skills they practiced, and what to focus on next. A teacher reviews the report to help you see how their math understanding is developing and where they need support.

Can I speak with someone about my child’s progress?

Yes. Parents can schedule a monthly meeting with an academic advisor to discuss their child’s performance, ask questions, and plan next steps.
